In response, we’re excited to relaunch our ILM-accredited Leadership and Management programmes in a new, streamlined format: 2-day ILM “Award” qualifications.

These shorter, punchier programmes maintain all of the most relevant and popular content from our previous ILM courses but are now more accessible and cost-effective than ever. Delegates still gain a prestigious, nationally recognised ILM qualification, but with less time out of the workplace and less impact on your operational schedules.

Our most popular Level 2 Certificate option remains available for those who prefer a slightly longer and more in-depth approach. For larger teams or organisations wanting to upskill their managers together, we can still deliver full Certificate programmes in-house at any level.
