Covering the potentially explosive subjects of Equal Opportunities and Bullying and Harassment, the Employee’s Guides take the form of a briefing session, backed up with a handout to re-enforce the main points of the company’s policies and procedures. Not only do Employee Guides fulfill the employer’s legal obligations, they also demonstrate a pro-active approach to dealing with these two key subjects and so promote the organisation as a good place to work. Designed to educate groups of up to 15 delegates at a time the sessions use examples of scenarios faced by employees and explore the procedures that individuals should follow. The sessions are aimed at all staff.
The accompanying leaflets for the employee are tailored to each organisation and explain the company's policy on equal opportunities and dignity at work and what a member of staff should do if they find themselves in a compromising situation.
