It is widely accepted that the most valuable assets of a business are its employees. At HR Champions, we would tend to agree with this concept, but we also recognise that the wrong employees can be a huge drain on a business's resources. We want to help businesses to help themselves to become profitable through the correct application of HR and management principles.
Our experience has taught us how companies differ greatly in how they rate the importance of HR, and this is demonstrated by the variety of support and services we have been commissioned to undertake. Whilst no two organisations are the same , the support we have provided tends to fall into one of the following two categories.
1. Employment Law Helpline Services - Provision of telephone and e-mail support where a company does not have an employee in a dedicated HR position.
2. Handholding an HR Manager/Manager through a difficult or new process.

Held throughout the year in Gloucester, Cheltenham, Cirencester and Quedgeley, and now in Worcester and Burton-on-Trent, our Employment Law Update Meetings are FREE to attend for local businesses, and commonly attract business owners, Managers and those in Human Resource positions. After a light breakfast or lunch, we provide a presentation of a current "hot-topic" followed by the changes and updates in employment law that are likely to affect local businesses.
These are NOT networking events, however there will be an opportunity to meet and talk with other local business people who are likely to share similar issues and concerns.
